[4 The Core Recordings] Fibzy - Enter The System EP [4-Track EP Available To Download Now!!!]

1/ Enter The System.

2/ Like A Drug.

3/ Summertime Fun.

4/ You Attract Me.

Just in time for the brighter weather kicking in, 4 The Core Recordings and label newcomer, Fibzy present four slamming piano hardcore, anthems in the making, injected with Summertime vibes and full-on hands in the air attitude and heaps of oldskool attitude.

We are first introduced to title track, 'Enter The System' which takes you on a virtual trip through the Golden age of rave right up to the present day, by dropping 1992 era piano stabs and crunching breakbeats, over a cavernous Reese bassline paired with upfront hardcore vocal elements.
'Like A Drug' then steps in to deliver a serious dose of unadulterated euphoria with it's potent blend of rave pianos, rolling amens, electrifying synth patterns and foundation shaking, D&B bass riffs to create a perfectly uplifting musical hybrid.

The amens make a welcome return on 'Summertime Fun', which expertly blends together lush, ascending pads with chipmunked chart vocals to create a slice of feelgood, contemporary breakbeat hardcore destined to be a staple on all raver's Summer playlists.
Bringing our quartet to a close we have 'You Attract Me', which fuses together sweet female vocals, warm bass drones and spine-tingling arpeggiated synths, that'll easily get feet moving and whistles blowin' wherever it's dropped.
If you share a love for the shamelessly ecstatic vibes of happy hardcore along with an appreciation of the rhythmic foundations of D&B, then Fibzy's debut will prove to be a refreshing new take on the breakbeat hardcore style.

Fibzy's 'Enter The System EP' is available from the official 4 The Core Recordings Bandcamp page for £6 in high quality digital format (320 MP3, WAV, FLAC, etc).

2/ Just Another Piano Track.

This Is Nu-Rave makes a long overdue return to bring you another of the label's exclusive, CD only release, with Pursuit's Limited Edition 'Dark N Light' single dropping now to deliver some top quality breakbeat hardcore and junglism.

Pursuit hits us up with some 'Jungle Karnage' first by blending together a smooth, string and bird-call led introduction straight out of 1994 which merges with rolling amens, booming bass, ragga vocal snippets and brain searing mentasm snarls.

Heading over to the light side, we are introduced to the appropriately named 'Just Another Piano Track', an uplifting combination of  crunching breakbeats, phat stabs and an infectious "hands-in-the-air" piano melody that's pure unabashed euphoria.

Once again Pursuit has delivered a top notch selection of authentically oldskool sounding hardcore and jungle tracks which will be a must for any lover of the nuskool rave genre. But you better be quick, as limited quantities of this are available!!!

[Hi Headz 055] I:Machine - Arbitrary Integer EP [Free 2-Track EP Available To Download Now!!!]

1/ 046879.

2/ Skin.

After a short period of working behind the scenes action, the well respected free music label, Hi Headz are back in on the game with a brand new two track release for your delectation from I:Machine, entitled the 'Arbitrary Integer EP'.

Opening with the mellow jazz-tinged vibes of '046879' which take you on an exhilarating journey with it's intricately programmed breaks, mellow Rhodes keyboard, subtle reverse effects and a gorgeous piano melody.

'Skin' follows up next in a similar polyrhythmic fashion as it's predecessor, but introduces a footwork-jungle structure to it's jazz theme by fusing a chilled, descending keyboard melody with kickdrum thumps, hand-claps and clicks before gradually merging in fractured amen break edits.

If you are looking for something a little bit different from the usual 'cut-'n'n-paste' D&B, then I:Machine's 'Arbitrary Integer EP' delivers just what you're needing. Plus did I say 'IT'S A FREEBIE!!!'.

[JEDI 008] DJ Jedi - Here it Comes / Utopia [Pre-Order Your Digital And Limited Edition 12" Vinyl Now!!!]

A - Here It Comes (Luna-C Remix).

B1 - Here It Comes.

B2 - Utopia.

After a highly productive year of supplying the hardcore masses with five huge releases, the DJ Jedi unveils his latest entry to the Jedi Recordings discography, the 'Here It Comes / Utopia' single. A 1992 breakbeat hardcore themed, 3-tracker featuring an unmistakable oldskool legend on remix duties, Kniteforce Records label founder, DJ Luna-C.

Luna-C kicks of the single in style with his veritable rave-roller-coaster of a remix of DJ Jedi's 'Here It Comes'. Featuring full-on thundering breaks to get your feet twitching, euphoric pianos to get your hands in the air and manic stabs to get yer rush on.
Where Luna-C's mix provides a modern, 2015 interpretation of oldskool hardcore, DJ Jedi's original 'Here' It Comes' goes back in time to recreate that authentic 1992 sound. Utilising the samples and techniques used back in the early nineties to capture that original oldskool vibe perfectly. Hard-hitting breaks, energising stab riffs, uplifting pianos and booming bass, the lot. Jedi's 'Utopia' brings the single to a close in a similar oldskool fashion, combining rolling breakbeats and grin-inducing synth stabs before we are hit by a massive, dark bleepy, DJ Clarkee-style drop midway. Though it's not long until the uplifting vibes bring us back to euphoria once more!!!

DJ Jedi has once again delivered the vinyl goods with this excellent 3-tracker, so if you have a fondness for expertly produced hardcore breaks heavily steeped in classic oldskool hardcore influences, then you'll be well rewarded by purchasing this release.

The DJ Jedi 'Here It Comes / Utopia' vinyl/digital pre-orders are available to purchase now from the Jedi Recordings Bandcamp store for the bargain price of £8.99 for the vinyl (plus P&P) and £3.75 for the digital download. The vinyl order is expected to be ready for delivery in February 2016 and will come with a free digital download of the full EP.

All digital pre-order purchases and vinyl orders come with an immediate download of 'Here It Comes (Luna-C Remix)' with the full EP being fully available digitally when the vinyls are ready for postage.
