"A little trip back to the 1990-1992 Rave years (sampling 84 tracks) where legendary sound systems including Spiral Tribe, Bedlam, Circus Warp, D.I.Y. Exodus and many more, travelled around the UK to put on Illegal Free Parties / Festivals in fields and abandoned buildings, where ravers and New Age travellers came together for a unique time in Dance music history. This was my first introduction to a Rave back then (A small Free Party held in the countryside near Marlborough, Wiltshire in 1991) before I'd ever set foot in a nightclub and I DJ'd at my first Free Party in the Spring of 1992 (on a farm in an old cow shed). I was fortunate to play at many more illegal raves through the 1990's, including the infamous parties held in the empty warehouses by the docks in Bristol, during late 1997-98, where I'd spend most weekends with Rave legends Easygroove and MC Robbie Dee.. Amazing times! I hope this video brings back a few memories for some of you and if you weren't part of the scene back then, hopefully it will give you a little taster of what it was like!" - DJ FAYDZ

UK legendary kings 2 BAD MICE have officially returned and release their first personal EP since 2004, celebrating 25 years in the game and their golden offer & work in the scene! "GONE TOO SOON" is the title of this new release, coming out on Bristol based label, Sneaker Social Club and is available on a very limited number of 12" plus on digital format as well.
I have to admit after hearing the promo of it that it can be simply described as an 'oldskool nostalgic ode' as all four tracks are dressed up with an oldskool T-Shirt of emotion being at the same time newish and modern into Bass and Breaks rhythms!
The self titled and anthemic tune 'Gone Too Soon' finds them collaborating with UK piano legend, Davos, a great gent (I had the chance to meet him in person on this year's Old Skool Festival in Poland) as well as a piano genious getting fans into goosebumps with his live keys and final feature with their brother in crime, the one and only DJ Faydz!
But in case you're wondering what's 10's 2 BAD MICE sound, the answer comes to 'Limit Of Paradise'. This is the oldskool modern bass sound, deep and full on warehouse influenced.
In overall, anyone can notice how the boys see and innovate the evolution of Oldskool, drawing a new way to the music aiming to spread it to the masses and being more mature than ever! The boys are hungry for more and often put hints about upcoming bits and pieces of them like new works, gigs etc. so make sure to follow them on their socials if you're fancy to learn about first. Pre-orders are available from now by a limited number of 500 vinyl copies only so make sure to hurry up and grab it now, and be yourself a part of this collector's item and 2BM25 history! Official release date: 11.11.2016
UK scratchmeister DJ Faydz giving his self tone on this new EP celebrating with the boys this great studio return!

UK's legendary kings 2 BAD MICE are officially back as already announced, with an upcoming personal 4track Vinyl EP titled 'Gone Too Soon EP' which will be out in November out on Bristol based label Sneaker Social Club!
This seems to be by far the best way to celebrate their 25 year anniversary while doing these 4 fresh nuskool tunes being oldskool influenced at the same time. And this is a double good chance for their well known friendly DJ Faydz to scratch over a few tunes off this EP. So, here's the promo video of how Faydz ... 'faces this new release' by the boys!!
Closing with a preview of the self titled 'Gone Too Soon' tune as played some months ago @ Raindance - Electric Brixton/London including a marvellous collab with piano legend Davos and Faydz scratchmeister on biz!

" Here's the live recording of my set at Es Paradis in San Antonio, Ibiza for http://www.strictlyoldskool.net event, Rave Behaviour. This was the first time I'd been back to this legendary club since I was a young raver way back in 1995, so to DJ there was an absolute honour and a dream come true... What a night it was too! :) I honestly can't recommend this raving holiday enough, the vibe was just amazing and hearing all those classic Old Skool / Rave tunes on this beautiful Island just takes it all to a whole new level, not only that, you share the experience with some of the friendliest people you're ever likely to meet!
