Dirty Carpets - Vol. 4

Overlord Dyson returns to clean ya carpets and clean yer clocks with two knockout slices of rave intensity! Starting with the A side 'Take Me Higher', a piano anthem plucked from the record box labelled 1991 at approx 135BPM where the piano and divas contrast with the bristling muscular stabs, guaranteed to hoover up the dancefloor (pun intended)

Side B is a cheeky and perhaps timely number featuring the voice of cartoon villain, Skeletor on a darker production that incorporates of early Breakbeat Hardcore with Junglistic basslines, adding extra nostalgia for those of a certain age and a bit of fun on top of a certified rave banger! Grab it on Digi or Vinyl via Bandcamp or your preferred online vinyl store...BOSH!

Pillz 005

It's quite the treat to get two volumes of the elusive artist unknown Pillz series in one year! The final installment, Volume 5 is on Pre Sale right now and it's a must for your growing collection of modern era Rave vinyl!

'1am @Bagleys' captures the vibe of the legendary London venue in a fast paced belter that reimagines Bagley's anthems by Citadel of Kaos, DJ Slammer & Red Alert and Seduction into a hyper-happy face melter with a massive, nostalgic rush!

'Hardcore Confusion' is my personal favourite. As with all previous Pillz, I get that instant dopamine hit, every time I press play on this one! Put it down to the cleverly chopped up vocals and the sheer amount of 91/92 classics that go out into the blender, morphing into a brand new track with multiple drops that push up the excitement levels to a frenzy!

[3AM001] FFF - Control Tower EP [12" Vinyl & Digital - 3AM ETERNAL]

A1 - Control Power

B1 - Cut Bwoy

B2 - Obedience

FFF should not be an uknown artist to you if you're a true Junglist and Breakcore fan and respect your music preferences and this scene.

It's the almighty DJ/producer, who's leading the Jungle/Breakcore game the last decades with exceptional releases over Planet MU, Murder Channel, PRSPCT RVLT, Orange Socks, Criterion Records, Myor Massiv, and many more others as well as his recent offering over Foxy Jangle.

And yet, this new year, Tommy, Triples Times F, is ready to complete his dream and go ahead launching his own vinyl label as he recently mentioned over DJ Mag, thus he has set up 3AM Eternal a name that's certainly reloads your memory to the KLF days and that classic '89 anthem. The first release of 3AM Eternal goes officially out on 8th May on a limited 12" Vinyl and wouldn't be anyone else behind, than the head honcho of the label.

So we're dealing with a fresh 3-Track plate of Hardcore Jungle vibes delivered by FFF.

Kicking off with the self-titled track of this EP, which is a junglistic vibe with tough amen breaks, clash vocals while on the flipside 'Cut Bwoy' is a hardcore driven frenetic piece of jungle. Closing with 'Obedience' which goes real deep into the ethos of this first junglistic amazing release.

In overall, these are three vibes that breath the Jungle climate and at the same time each one of them offers something unique.

Top score by FFF on his debut of his new label. You don't want anything else more to show your support. Totally recommended.
