DJ QT follows up his previous 'Get On Down / More Than Friends' single with another top notch selection of, jump-up junglism with the second B-Lick Records release, 'Babylon Bwoy / Protection' hitting stores now.
'Babylon Bwoy' immediately launches into a trumpet fuelled, dub reggae skank, backed by a heavyweight 2-step break pattern and pulsating B-line. The feelgood jungle vibes are further flavoured with rugged ragga vocals to ensure that 'Babylon Bwoy' will become a guaranteed, future jump-up, jungle anthem.
Companion piece 'Protected', follows a similar dubwise riddim with it's blend of reverberating piano motifs and female vocal snippets combined with concrete block breaks and massive rubber band, bass-twangs.
