BOB005:: Jow - Talk [Out on ROGUE SQUADRON]

JOW (a.k.a. Shadowplay) is one of the most talented and devoted Hardcore producers over the last years with a quality of releases and big sets all around either on Endor Recordings, or Kniteforce.
This time he's signed on the reborn Rogue Squadron Recordings which was a few months ago relaunched by DJ Deluxe, DJ Destiny and Stoopid.
This is its 5th digital installment consisting of 2 tunes, the original happy hardcore full on nostalgia vibe by Jow titled "Talk" plus a remix by established KF producer Scartat, who drives it on a different gear, putting a little aggression inside!
For those who get both of these tracks, they're given away one extra by DJ Deluxe, called "93 tune". Worth to support and instead of that it costs less that 1 quid per tune.

KF67:: DJ Luna-C / Scartat / Gothika Shade - Things I Made With Things I Played With [KNITEFORCE RECORDS]

A1 Scartat - Ammo Bag (Luna-C Remix)

A2 Gothika Shade - The Grave Of Fireflies (Luna-C Remix)

B1 DJ Luna-C Piano Possession

B2 DJ Luna-C - Technical Shmecnical

This is a historical sign and release as it's the first personal Vinyl release of Luna-C after many years! It has a long title like 'Things I Made With Things I Played With' and comes out on a limited edition of 300 copies only.
The EP features 4 tracks, 2 original ones by Chris and 2 remixes on KFA Canada artist Scartat and UK Gothica Shade (a new blood producer tho big KF supporter since label's first release).

Chris says about his 2 tunes:

" The things I made are different again. Piano Possession came out of the title and then lived up to it. I thought it was time for a Progression / Confusion / Obsession follow up…Each took a piano line and messed with it. But Piano Possession as a title? I had to exorcise those demons lol. And Technical Shmecnical lives up to its name, frantic and heavily edited, it was perhaps the most challenging thing I have made in a long time, if not ever."

One more useful note worth sharing is for those who have asked to have their name on a record when ordered the last vinyls. These lucky guys then, will find it on the back of 'KF67 - DJ Luna-C / Scartat / Gothika Shade EP'.

Bonus Extras for this release

1) You will receive a collectable Kniteforce “Idiot Sheet” containing links to the 4 tracks on this EP in digital format – 320MP3 and 24bit Wav.
2) The EP also comes with two extra digital tracks, the first is totally exclusive, the second is taken from the forthcoming Luna-C / Kniteforce album 'Forward In Reverse'.
'My Angel (Scartat Remix)' and 'Plink [Piano Progression the Third] (Audio X Remix)'

KFA79 - Scartat - Back In The Day EP [KFA]

RATE: 9/10

FAV TUNE: "The Trustworthy Promoter"

Canada based producer, SCARTAT, has been running a greatly impressive Autumn period, firstly for him and then for us all in the scene! After being signed to the legendary KFA/Kniteforce during summertime releasing his heavyweight 'Ragga Style' to the True Skool EP 12 (KFA77), he has achieved getting himself vinylized on KF65, the great vinyl return of Kniteforce Records after 18 years (Buy link) and then unleashing his very own work over KFA, which is out today!

'Back In The Day EP' is the name of Scartat's personal release including four fresh Jungle/D&B Hardcore slammers by 175bpm range and full on domination!!
I'm still completely shocked with the result I'm listening to, something far way different coming out from KFA after a while.
Scartat deserves it and Luna-C knows it well that's why this release is coming out on the right time to fuelfil your desire with nuskool aggression plus an oldskool sense like...back in the day!

Worth to mention once again as usual that if you purchase today and for then next 2 weeks this release, you will have the chance to get exclusively the executive edition of this EP, which won't be available after 2 weeks anywhere else! The Executive Edition consists of one more slammer of him called 'Rave Drive' which is a good addition to the main release an a rework on my personal highlight of this release 'The Trustworthy Promoter' done by Demcore.

01. 6Am Prayer
02. ABITD
03. The Trustworthy Promoter
04. Amo Bag

KF64-KF65:: The Remix's Part 9 & The Remix's Part 10 (KNITEFORCE RECORDS-REMIX RECORDS) [PRE-ORDER NOW]

The wait is over!

18 years was the total number of absence of the Kniteforce Vinyl releases, and this is coming to an end today 28th October 2016 with 2 super 3track 12'' releases coming out after a long competition held by Kniteforce & Remix Records by Luna-C.

These releases have a limited and valuable character, because they're out by the limited number of 300 coming along with the digital format, which won't be anywhere else and never ever provided! In addition features 2 remixes by established big names like Scott Brown, Billy Daniel Bunter & Sanxion, 2 winners from the competition (Russian producer/DJ, Ant To Be and UK hcb tune machine Nicky Allen) and finally 2 KF signed artists from its squad, like Canada's producer/DJ, Scartat and Luna-C himself!

One of the priviledges you're offered, is that by purchasing your 12'' copy, you'd be given a FREE complete KFA EP alongside Executive Edition tracks.
KF64 comes with "KFA84 - Competition Winners EP" containing 4 main tracks and 3 executive edition tracks, while KF65 comes with "KFA85 - M-Project Takes Over EP" containing 4 amazing remixes from M-Project & Muzik Servant plus 2 bonus executive edition tracks.

This means that by ordering one vinyl only, you're actually getting one more great digital album, which is..insanely kind!

" I love modern hardcore, but old skool and breakbeats is where my heart is. And I love releasing music in any format, but if I can do vinyl? I will do vinyl. "

This is the key phrase shared from Luna-C's long and enjoyable blogpost about KF new releases. And everyone needs to stick in it, because this is the biggest conclusion to what's on his mind, in my opinion...

It's a true and serious fact, that his heart has been always BREAKBEATING!
Some good hints were proved over 2016, since he's been spinning great remixes released throughtout the year, from Inspector Sands, Jedi, Empyreal, and his fresh remix to KF64 on DJ Ham tune alongside his recent KF podcast #49, which was full of new and forthcoming stuff signed to Kniteforce, aiming to bring back Breakbeat Hardcore including new blood & talented producers!

But there are more clues, reasons and examples what you, him and the scene gains from this double rebirth of Kniteforce Vinylized release.. So you'd better devote some time and read full of his article here: http://www.kniteforcerevolution.com/posts/5-reasons-you-should-buy-the-new-kniteforce-vinyl-releases/

I'd personally won't call it like a launch of new era, because Hardcore remains alive whether you'd call it Oldskool or Nuskool, you'd notice that this Blog has been reviewing a great quantity and quality of releases coming rapidly out there, which means that it's all alive and will be!
This new try and desicion from Luna-C is definetely an expression and way of life, so every Oldskool Hardcore & Breakbeat junkie should show his love & support needed to raise the whole movement even higher!

And finally, one last and personaly thing.I'd like to thank Chris for the special mention and words of praise to my work and my hrs of devotion to Hardcore!
Props to each and everyone representing Hardcore now, then and in the future, which is driven by us all, so here you go guys... KF64 & KF65 are available for pre-ordering!
Make it happen!

KFA77 – The True Skool EP 12 (Executive Edition) [KFA]

KFA is an established skool on its own and re-proves it once again with this long-awaited storming 12th EP of True Skool series.
'The True Skool EP 12' is out now including also the classic Executive Edition given kindly and exclusively by Luna-C to every fan for 2 weeks only via KF website.

The main part of this release consists of 6 tracks, new ideas, blend of genres and fresh members in KF family.
Almost half of this EP has a German flavour as Empyreal, TNO Project and Timme hail from there and show off how active is this country into Hardcore.

'My World Is Pyramid' is the starter of this release by orchestral influenced Empyreal from Hannover who has definetely a unique style that Luna-C admires. Great 175bpm happy hardcore techno vibe!
Next four tracks come from new blood artists on KF.
Disowned (a.k.a Simon Norton) is an establihed Hardcore trooper since mid 90's founding his very own mighty BDR (www.braindamageradio.com) for those who know about it, and his first installment on the label called 'Your Eyes' is just a little headbanging taste of what to expect of his forthcoming personal album 'Voodoo Universe' on Kniteforce!

Scartat from Canada is also a new KF member and his own 'Ragga Style's will cause you multiplied amen headaches! The hardest weapon of this EP!
Following with 2 Germans, new additions to the KF innovative club of talents.
Timme or ['timÉ™] has proudly joined this release delivering two incredibly positive, uplifting, happy D&B nuskool tunes. I've been digging his stuff over the last 2+ years and would like to express my support and preference to his ideas and style.
'Four' is a complete anthem and a good reason to grab asap this Executive Edition of True Skool EP.
Trust me and you won't get disappointed...

Closing the tune variety with a young and very promising German producer and boy wonder, under the name of Lukeass or TNO Project as used on his 150bpm breakbeat hardcore 'The Advice'. A wonderful mental tune taking you back to early days of Kniteforce but dressed up perfectly with storming breakbeats by this young and devoted Hardcore warrior!
In other words... Sehr Gut!
Demcore is the last producer who got involved on this True Skool as a part of the Executive Edition and just few steps before the release of his personal album. One more full length release on your wantlist. Watch this space for it...

Finally, the True Skool EP 12 features extra samples given by Luna-C, who's running an essential competition these days, saying:
" because there’s is currently the old skool get your remix on vinyl competition going on, and because I was halfway through making a sample pack but, if I am honest, I was never going to finish it, and because for some reason part one still sells pretty well, I decided I would do a “50 Breakbeats Part 2”. So theres than. The Ex Ec version has it as .wav for you producers out there. And also a load of stab sounds. 69 of them I think."

TRACKLIST
01 Empyreal – My World Is Pyramid
02 Scartat – Ragga Style
03 Disowned – Your Eyes
04 TNO Project – the Advice
05 Timme – Smile
06 Dj Luna-C – 50 Breakbeats Part 2

Executive Bonus Material:
01 Manse feat Alice Berg – Freeze Time (Demcore Remix)
